Payment Questions

1. I don't have a Paypal account, can I still make payment direct using my credit card?

Credit card payments CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL in U.S. DOLLARS . Paypal is the authorized credit card merchant.

You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment. You can still make payment by entering all of your payment information on a web page protected by Paypal. Then review and complete your purchase in Paypal before retunring to Pea's Hair Flowers website.

Your credit card number is secure in Paypal as merchants never see your actual card credit number, expiration date, or 3-digit security code - they only receive your payment!

If you want to sign up or register with Paypal, it is free to do so and, as a buyer, you will not be charged any fees to make payments in Paypal.

2. Why do I receive an error message when making payment or after my credit card number is entered?

If you do receive an error message, double-check to ensure your credit card information is entered correctly and try again. If Paypal website is down, you might receive an error-related message. It would be, and is very rare that Pea's Shopping Cart site or web hosting server is down.

3. I don't have a credit card. Can I make payment using a personal check?

I only accept electronic check payment via Paypal from U.S. banks. Order will be delayed until funds clear. You will need to sign up/register with Paypal to enter your U.S. bank account information in Paypal. Funds will be automatically deducted from your bank's checking account by Paypal.

4. Do you have a refund or returns policy?

Refund Return Policy

Generally, there is no refund for custom products. However, in the event an error occurs that is determined to be the fault of seller, or if an item were to arrive damaged, you will need to take a photo of item and email it so it can be determined whether product needs to be sent back at buyer's or seller's expense, or if offered, you would be advised of an alternate solution. I am always willing to work with you if a situation like this were to occur.

Note: Shipping & Handling Costs ARE NOT REFUNDABLE should an item be accepted for partial or full refund. Therefore, buyer pays all shipping costs to return item unless otherwise agreed. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email me immediately upon receipt of order. Additional charges will occur if a redo of an order is offered on custom products determed not to be the fault of seller.
